abduction prevention order

I am an israeli citezen on a tourist visa in california. my child has dual citizenship I suspect my ex partner(we have never been married) has filed for an abduction prevention order to leverage with me over child/spousal support. we (my son and I) had plans to leave in 4 weeks to israel which he verbally agreed to but I fear he is setting a trap for me. my ex-partner and I dont have a custody order in place yet. I think he has recently filed for custody but have not been served with papers yet can a parent without a custody order file for an abduction prevention order or will that come up in our first hearing how can I find out if there is an abduction prevention order against me .toda
