Pelephone Ltd

Shalom On 30th of Aug. 2012 I went to Pelephone office center in Hadera and asked to final my contract and paid all my due payments incl. the rest of my Iphone monthly payments, After I have finished I turned to Orange and Signe a new contract on the same date. My IPhone remain locked by Pelephone for a week later, (criminal reasons After one month I recieved A letter from law office represent Pelephone demanding 2000 Shekel I have explained by phone all the above and they open a file against me incl. all means. My question to you is, What are my rights, IF???? TODA!!!!
